For those who have received notifications of required home painting, please see below and attached HOA regulation documents to ensure the correct process is followed.
Hannah Jane Exterior Paint Policy
Owners shall not paint, stain, or otherwise change the color of any exterior portion of any building without prior consent of the Executive Board or such committee then established and having jurisdiction over such matters.
Both Units in a single structure must coordinate and paint the same color.
Property Management and Sherwin Williams Paint have the paint codes. Owners are expected to use or match the approved Sherwin Williams colors.
All garage doors and front doors must be white.
Front wood porches, personal gates, and fences must be a natural wood tone.
Homeowners who paint before obtaining approval from the Board of Directors may be asked to repaint and/or be fined.

Dear Hannah Jane Condominium Association Unit Owners,
With the significant snowfall we’ve had this winter, it’s important to prioritize the safety of our community by following the established House Rules and Bylaws regarding snow removal. These guidelines are crafted to streamline snow removal and winter maintenance in our condominium association.
The responsibility for snow removal from driveways does not lie with the Homeowners Association (HOA) or the winter services provider; rather, it rests with the individual occupants of each unit. Unit owners, tenants, and occupants are responsible for this task. Ultimately, the unit owner will be held accountable for any violations.
Contacting the winter services provider or its employees directly is prohibited, as it violates our agreement with the contractor. It is crucial for the smooth operation of our winter maintenance services that all residents adhere to this policy. The Board of Directors will take necessary actions in response to such infractions.

House Rules:
Snow Removal: Owners must not plow snow from their driveways into the Common Element street. (This includes the cul-de-sac)
Trash Pickup: During winter months (November-March), please refrain from placing trash at the curb before 9:00 PM the evening before the scheduled pickup. Trash cans must be removed from the curb the evening after trash collection.
Bylaws Section 10.2 Occupancy Restrictions:
(d) Guest parking spaces are designated for guests of Unit Owners or service providers. Vehicles may not occupy guest parking for more than 24 consecutive hours or 3 days in any week. Additional regulations may be implemented to prevent abuse.
Street parking should be limited and vehicles need to be removed from the street to not impede snow removal.

11/10/2023 - Snow Removal
Well, winter is here! Help assist our new plow company with keeping trash cans out of the street the night before and the day of trash day. Please place the trash cans at the end of your driveway, but not in the street. If they have to go around trash cans, then it just creates a more narrow street. I know we all don’t want a repeat of last year. Owners, please share this with your renters.. Thank you!
